Amazon Prime members will be able to get 15 cents off per gallon of fuel every Friday at participating Amoco, BP and ampm stations until December 26, reported USA Today. “When this bonus discount is combined with the usual 10 cents off per gallon Prime member benefit, [savings will reach] 25 cents off per gallon every Friday,” the outlet wrote.
To activate the additional discount, customers need an Amazon Prime membership and a free Earnify account. The deal is available at 7,500 Amoco, BP and ampm gas stations nationwide, according to Amazon.
The 25 cents off per gallon deal includes all fuel grades and doesn’t require a minimum or maximum purchase, according to Amazon.
In May of this year, NACS Daily reported that Amazon offered Prime members 20 cents off per gallon over the summer at BP, Amoco and participating ampm locations every Friday in May and June.
At the time, Amazon said savings using Earnify could help consumers save on average $70 per year on gas if purchasing at participating locations.
At the 2025 NACS Show last week in Chicago, during the Education Session “State of the Industry Update,” Chris Rapanick, managing director of NACS research, shared some of the trends that are shaping the industry so far in 2025. C-stores that don’t sell fuel are declining from a numbers standpoint so far this year, from 30,331 to 29,604 in 2025. Retailers with fuel have grown their location count in that same period.
