QuickChek is “serving up nostalgic flavors with a modern twist” with the launch of its new harvest menu featuring 6-inch and 12-inch subs and a stuffing bowl, the retailer told NACS.

QuickChek said the new recipes feature all-natural, thick-cut homestyle turkey with all-new ingredients including a cranberry multi-grain sub roll, turkey gravy, stuffing and cranberry honey mustard. The creation is available as a sub or bowl:

• Thick-Cut, Homestyle Turkey with Stuffing: “Served hot on a toasted cranberry multi-grain roll with all the trimmings; homestyle stuffing, thick-cut homestyle turkey, Vermont cheddar cheese, rich turkey gravy and cranberry honey mustard. This sub is a balance of savory and sweet. Available as a 6-inch or 12-inch sub.”
• Thick-Cut, Homestyle Turkey with Cranberry Honey Mustard: “For foodies wanting a lighter, cold sub option to savor their leftovers, this recipe pairs juicy carved turkey slices with Vermont cheddar cheese, creamy mayonnaise, crisp baby arugula and cranberry honey mustard stacked inside the cranberry multi-grain roll. Available as a 6-inch or 12-inch sub.”
• Stuffing Bowl with Thick-Cut, Homestyle Turkey and Cranberry Honey Mustard: “This hearty bowl is piled high with savory stuffing, sliced turkey and warm turkey gravy, topped off with a drizzle of tangy cranberry honey mustard.”

In August, the retailer launched its pumpkin spice coffee lineup and fall sub offerings, and entered its third season as the Official Sub of the New York Giants, with locally baked bread from Teixeira’s Bakery.

The Giants sub recipes include:

• Thick-Cut, Homestyle BBQ Turkey: “Bringing together spicy, smoky and a little crunch, this all-new recipe is made with sliced pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, red onions, ranch and a smoky BBQ sauce on toasted bread.”
• Thick-Cut, Homestyle Chipotle Turkey Club: “A flavor-packed mix of crispy bacon, ripened tomatoes, shredded lettuce and a chipotle mayo on toasted bread.”
