What’s the survey panel size and coverage area?
The survey sample is currently +7,000 vetted C-Store shoppers. Interviews are conducted in all six NACS regions across the US at once.
How frequent are the studies?
Surveys are fielded annually between mid-July and August 30th. Although the survey is annual, NACS continuously collects C-Store shopper feedback for rapid insights that answer critical questions.
What's the methodology?
NACS will assist in the questionnaire development and collect insights into shopper attitudes and behaviors. NACS will field the survey digitally and provide a results summary to the participant.

The panel currently consists of +11,000 vetted C-Store shoppers and rapid-response mobile interviews are conducted in all six NACS regions across the US at once.
How frequent are the studies?
The NACS Shopper Panel can be initiated at any time. Although the panel is a subset of an annual survey, NACS continuously collects C-Store shopper feedback for rapid insights that answer critical questions.
What's the methodology?
NACS will assist in the questionnaire development and collect insights into shopper attitudes and behaviors concerning topics of interest to the participant. Also, NACS will field the survey digitally and provide a result summary to the participant.
NACS fields questions to shoppers that elect to participate in the panel. The sample-size is typically capped at 500 responses (can be extended) to ensure statistical significance and robust results fast!
