From the launch of Busch Light Lime to investing millions into its Houston brewery, here’s what the brand has been up to.

Busch Light, under the Anheuser-Busch brand, is launching a new LTO flavor: Busch Light Lime. The flavor is the brand’s second seasonal release and comes after the brand recently brought back Busch Light Apple. “Busch Light Lime is a crisp, refreshing lime-flavored lager with a touch of sweet on the front end and a clean beer finish on the back,” the brand said in a press release.

“Between Busch Light Lime’s debut and the return of Busch Light Apple, 2025 is the summer of flavor, and our fans love our fruit-forward flavored beers. Listening to our fans and bringing them the innovations they want is our top priority,” said Head of Marketing Busch Family & Natural Family at Anheuser-Busch, Krystyn Stowe.

Consumers can find Busch Light Lime in 12-, 24- and 30-packs of 12 oz cans at participating retailers in 25 states.

Meanwhile, Michelob Ultra, under the Anheuser-Busch brand, announced earlier this month that it “is reaffirming its long-term commitment to the world’s most popular sport as the Official Beer Sponsor of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, taking place in the United States from June 14 to July 13,” per a press release.

As part of this sponsorship, Michelob Ultra said it will offer “one-of-a-kind brand experiences, in-stadium and on-premise activations, tournament-inspired packaging at retail and brand-new creative featuring some of the game’s biggest stars, including Michelob ULTRA’s global ambassador Lionel Messi,” and limited-edition World Cup Michelob Ultra packaging.

Anheuser-Busch also recently announced “a new $17 million investment in its Houston, Texas brewery. Over the last five years, Anheuser-Busch has invested more than $2 billion in its manufacturing facilities across the country to help create and sustain jobs and drive economic prosperity in the communities where it operates and its employees call home,” according to a press release.

The $17 million investment is part of Anheuser-Busch's “Brewing Futures” initiative, through which the company has committed to investing $300 million in its facilities this year to create and sustain U.S. manufacturing jobs.

Last month, Anheuser-Busch launched its new Phorm Energy drink. Available in four varieties, Phorm Energy “boasts natural flavors, natural caffeine from green tea, electrolytes for hydration and a blend of ingredients aimed at supporting mental focus,” according to a press release.

Phorm Energy is available in 16 oz., single cans in four flavors:

  • Screamin' Freedom: Combines blueberry, cherry and citrus.
  • Blue Blitz: A flavor combination of blue raspberry and cotton candy.
  • Orange Fury: A flavor mixture of orange soda and candied orange.
  • Grape Smash: Sweet notes of grape candy and grape soda.
