7-Eleven Inc. is rolling out its latest 7Collection line: Midnight Driving Club. The limited-edition capsule “explores how culture and sport intersect through style, drawing inspiration from Japanese street style and late-night drives—both on and off the course,” the retailer said.
Building on the momentum of past 7-Eleven golf and car-inspired collections, Midnight Driving Club “taps into new cultural influences and elevated design. From graphic details to casual essentials, the collection reflects a curated fusion shaped by 7-Eleven’s unique connection to Japanese culture, late-night energy and golf,” according to the company.
The collection features polos, tees and crewnecks designed to “transition easily from tee time to city streets,” and accessories including golf bag kits, branded towels and totes in 7-Eleven’s signature palette. It also features classic caps, reversible bucket hats, visors and graphic bandanas.
The retailer said it worked with renowned Japanese golf photographer Kohjiro Kinno to photograph the collection.
“At 7-Eleven, we’re always looking for new ways to connect with consumers, which includes leaning into their passions and interests to help shape what we do next,” said Marissa Jarratt, executive vice president and chief marketing and sustainability officer at 7-Eleven Inc. “We uncovered a growing affinity for golf in culture, and we reimagined it through the lens of Japanese street style to create Midnight Driving Club—a collection that feels fresh, authentic and unmistakably 7-Eleven.”
In other recent 7-Eleven news, in September the retailer opened applications for its seventh annual Brands with Heart showcase, “a unique program that offers emerging brands the opportunity to showcase their products in 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes stores across the U.S.”
