Tri Star Energy, the parent company of Nashville-based convenience store brand Twice Daily, announced that it is launching made-to-order subs, sandwiches, breakfast and snacks in all Twice Daily locations. This brings customizable foodservice items to customers for the first time in its c-stores.

The company began testing its made-to-order system earlier this year, with test locations in Tennessee. After a successful test run, Twice Daily has implemented the program in all of its locations.

Twice Daily uses an in-store made-to-order kiosk, where guests can place their order and customize sandwiches with preferred meats and cheeses, regular or egg white patties and bagels loaded with their favorite spread or breakfast sandwich toppings. Once the order is placed, guests will receive a printed ticket as the store team works to prepare the meal.

The mobile ordering feature of the Twice Daily app has been updated to include these same customizable options.

“Our guests know to expect fresh, quality food when visiting any of our locations, and we’re excited to officially launch this new made-to-order option throughout Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky,” said Dawn Boulanger, VP of marketing for Tri Star Energy. “We strive to provide the highest quality experience, and we know this will be a go-to option for our guests to enjoy.”

“Guests can also enjoy discounted items and limited-time offers exclusively available through the brand’s loyalty program,” stated the press release.
