ALEXANDRIA, Va.—Amouranth is the most popular female Twitch streamer in 2022 so far, and her popularity on the video-game-streaming platform has allowed her to branch out into other investments. More than once Amouranth, whose real name is Kaitlyn Siragusa, has invested money in gas stations, but now, the influencer has purchased a 7-Eleven, which includes a 4,000 square-foot convenience store, 4,600 square-foot fuel island and a sizeable car wash.

Siragusa tweeted that she purchased the location for $8.3 million. In a follow-up tweet, she explained that she will continue to invest in more real estate, though she may be branching out beyond gas stations. She wants to invest more money into her company Real Work, which provides assistance to content creators so they can focus their efforts on making actual content. She may end up buying the building that Real Work is housed in, she said.

Despite all of Siragusa’s time spent in real estate and other investments, she has not slowed down her streaming on Twitch. The influencer has earned a reputation as being one of the hardest working Twitch streamers and content creators. Siragusa has said that she would stop streaming only when she isn’t making money from it or if her passive income starts to outpace the money she makes from content creation.
