Ferrero Launches New Lineup of Products

From Tic Tac Dr Pepper to Nutella peanut, here’s what’s new.

Ferrero North America is revealing its slate of new products for the next twelve months at Sweets & Snacks Expo 2025 next week according to a press release.

The company said these new treats “demonstrate the creativity, craftsmanship and quality that go into Ferrero's products, and will help drive the next phase of growth for the company in North America.”

The new product innovations include:

  • Ferrero Rocher chocolate squares: The “iconic flavors and textures of Ferrero Rocher in a new shape and stand-up bag that’s perfect for sharing. Each chocolate square has a delicious chocolate shell, creamy filling and crunchy hazelnuts. Varieties include milk hazelnut, dark hazelnut, white hazelnut, caramel hazelnut and assorted. Available in stores beginning September 2025.”
  • Tic Tac Dr Pepper: This collaboration “features the one-of-a-kind sweetness of the fan-favorite soft drink Dr Pepper. Available beginning Fall 2025.”
  • Nutella peanut: “Nutella's first taste innovation in more than 60 years, this latest addition to the Nutella portfolio combines the distinctive creaminess of Nutella cocoa hazelnut spread with the delicious taste of roasted peanuts. Available starting Spring 2026.”

“Our momentum here has never been stronger,” said President and Chief Business Officer of Ferrero North America Michael Lindsey. “Developing Nutella and Ferrero Rocher products specifically for the North American market represents a defining moment in our company’s history. These innovations will engage both loyal fans and new consumers, boosting our power brands and further solidifying our position as a category leader in North America.”

Other new Ferrero products featured at the Sweets & Snacks Expo will include:

  • Butterfinger flavors: Marshmallow Butterfinger available in stores September 2025.
  • Crunch white: “A classic twist on the iconic Crunch you love, coming soon in white chocolate for a limited time only. Available Halloween 2025.”

Earlier this week, Mars celebrated being “Halfway to Halloween” by unveiling its 2025 holiday candy lineup alongside the second annual Mars Tricks, Treats and Trends report. The report found that 95% of Americans planning to celebrate Halloween “typically purchase some type of candy, with chocolate being the top choice.”
