NACS has compiled and presented performance data for the U.S. convenience store industry since 1969. Over the last 50 years, NACS has invested significant resources in its State of the Industry initiatives and has partnered with best-in-class providers to deliver insightful, useful information that will help readers maximize their effectiveness and profitability. All figures in this report, except where noted, are based on data submitted by retail companies participating in the annual NACS State of the Industry Survey.

Hard copy purchases of the NACS State of the Industry Report® will receive the 200+ page, spiral bound report by mail.

2. Can I purchase additional copies of the hard copy report? Is there a cost-savings?

Additional copies of the hard copy version of the NACS State of the Industry Report® are $60, and that pricing is applied in the shopping cart during checkout.

3. If I purchase the PDF version of the NACS State of the Industry Report®, can I distribute it to my peers and colleagues?

The NACS State of the Industry Report® of 2019 Data - Digital Version PDF is sold as a secured, locked PDF file. All content within is copyright protected and cannot be shared, duplicated or transformed without express written permission from NACS.

4. Will the hard copy version of the NACS State of the Industry Report® be available for purchase in 2021 and beyond?

The 50^th Anniversary issue will be the last time that the NACS State of the Industry Report® will be available in hard copy format.  It will be available in digital format only beginning in 2021.

5. Is the NACS State of the Industry Data Archive available for purchase?

No, the NACS State of the Industry Data Archive is not available for purchase. 

6. Can I ship internationally?

Yes, all orders can be shipped internationally.

7. How much is shipping?

Shipping and handling for the NACS State of the Industry Report® is $15 on the first copy and $6 for any additional copies.

8. How can I determine the status of my order?

Any questions on orders can be emailed to soiorders@convenience.org. Responses will be provided within the same or next business day.

9. What should I do if I experience technical difficulties processing my order?

10. Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed in real-time in our shopping cart. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.  NACS will of course refund any payments made in error. Please send any inquiries to soiorders@convenience.org. 

11. Do I need an account in order to complete a purchase?

If you are not currently associated with a company in our database, you will need to create an account in our system to complete a purchase. Your contact information will be used for billing and fulfillment purposes. Setup is quick and easy.
