All figures in this report, except where noted, are based on data submitted by retail companies participating in the annual NACS State of the Industry Survey.

Additional copies of the hard copy version of the NACS State of the Industry Report® are $60, and that pricing is applied in the shopping cart during checkout.

The NACS State of the Industry Report® of 2019 Data - Digital Version PDF is sold as a secured, locked PDF file. All content within is copyright protected and cannot be shared, duplicated or transformed without express written permission from NACS.
4. Will the hard copy version of the NACS State of the Industry Report® be available for purchase in 2021 and beyond?
The 50th Anniversary issue will be the last time that the NACS State of the Industry Report® will be available in hard copy format. It will be available in digital format only beginning in 2021.
5. Is the NACS State of the Industry Data Archive available for purchase?
No, the NACS State of the Industry Data Archive is not available for purchase.
6. Can I ship internationally?
Yes, all orders can be shipped internationally.
7. How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling for the NACS State of the Industry Report® is $15 on the first copy and $6 for any additional copies.
8. How can I determine the status of my order?

9. What should I do if I experience technical difficulties processing my order?

10. Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed in real-time in our shopping cart. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. NACS will of course refund any payments made in error. Please send any inquiries to email@example.com.
