Weigel’s released its 2025 MyWeigel’s Rewards Year in Review, which reflects “strong loyalty adoption, expanded digital engagement and meaningful value returned to guests across East Tennessee,” the company said in a press release.

In 2025, MyWeigel’s Rewards delivered over $17 million in customer savings, the company said. The platform also supported over 20 million reward transactions and nearly 1 billion points redeemed, Weigel’s wrote.

More than 113,000 new registered members joined last year, bringing total registered membership to over 527,000. Monthly active members averaged over 305,000, representing a double-digit increase compared to 2024 and contributing to broader adoption across the network. In total, loyalty penetration reached over 42%, Weigel’s said.

Additionally, weekly active app users increased over 30% year over year. “Gamification continued to differentiate MyWeigel’s Rewards, led by the Weigel’s Arcade, which recorded over 2.3 million game plays during the year,” the retailer said.

“The continued expansion of MyWeigel’s Rewards reflects how loyalty is shifting within convenience retail—from episodic promotions and fuel discounts toward full-cycle ecosystems that connect digital engagement, payments, foodservice and in-store merchandising. For Weigel’s, the program now serves as a strategic layer across multiple operating areas, strengthening both guest experience and commercial performance,” Weigel’s said.

Last week, Weigel’s unveiled a redesign for its MyWeigel’s app, which it said delivers “a faster, more intuitive experience built around how guests actually shop, earn and save. The updated app reflects Weigel’s continued investment in loyalty, digital convenience and creating meaningful value at every visit.”

The company also introduced MyWeigel’s Pay, an evolution of the former Weigel’s Club Card.

“MyWeigel’s Pay is about making the everyday easier,” said Doug Yawberry, CEO and president at Weigel’s. “By simplifying how guests pay and automatically delivering fuel savings, we’re creating a more connected experience that adds real value at the pump.”
