For Georgia-based Parker’s Kitchen, growing its foodservice program is at the heart of its mission. "We all understand that foodservice is becoming more important to our industry,” said Parker’s Kitchen Founder and Executive Chairman Greg Parker in a NACS Ideas 2 Go video.

“We wanted to move from being a convenience [store] that sold foodservice to being a foodservice company that sold convenience. ... When you walk in, the first thing you see is cold-prepared foods that we have made here in-house on site, our salads or sandwiches,” Parker said, adding that 52% of the company’s dispensed beverage profits come from its proprietary products.

The chain has over 100 locations across Georgia and South Carolina, and is focused on expansion. It was included on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in the United States for the eighth year in 2025. “The people who are the most innovative are the people who are going to win in the marketplace,” Parker said.

“It took almost 50 years to build 100 stores, and now we're going to build 100 more stores over the next four to five years. But we're going to continue to be innovative. And everything that we're doing in this company now is going to be dramatically different three years from now,” said Parker.

Parker’s Kitchen was featured in the 2025 NACS Ideas 2 Go video series, which debuts each year during a NACS Show General Session.
