Pilot Plans to Hire 7,500 Employees

Pilot is planning to hire more than 7,500 people ahead of the summer season, the retailer said in a press release. Opportunities include hourly positions, leadership roles, facility maintenance technicians and fuel tanker drivers.

In other recent hiring news, Sheetz announced it had plans to hire over 440 employees in Pennsylvania in March. Sheetz said it would host hiring events with on-the-spot interviews at each of its 310 Pennsylvania locations. Sheetz also said it would host hiring events and on-the-spot interviews at more than 760 locations across its seven-state footprint. The company aimed to hire 1,350 employees companywide.
