With autumn just around the corner, QSRs are gearing up with the launch of their fall menu offerings.
Dutch Bros Coffee is bringing back its Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée and Cookie Butter Latte and introduced its new Candied Cherry Rebel.
The Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée features pumpkin and salted caramel covered with a layer of Soft Top, a pumpkin drizzle and raw sugar sprinks. The Cookie Butter Latte is made with cookie butter, a swirl of cookie butter drizzle around the cup and completed with Soft Top. The Candied Cherry Rebel features a cherry flavor mixed with Dutch Bros' exclusive Rebel energy drink finished with a cherry float.
Over at Dunkin’, its new Cereal N’ Milk Latte combines espresso with cereal milk for a “marshmallow-cereal flavor that’s creamy, rich and unmistakably nostalgic.” It’s available both hot or iced.
The QSR is also bringing back its previous pumpkin spice signature latte line from years past for the fall.
Starbucks is reportedly exploring a test of coconut water beverages to hundreds of more stores, wrote CNBC.
“The coffee giant will test its Coco Matcha and Coco Cold Brew drinks in more than 400 stores across major cities including New York, Los Angeles and the greater Chicago area. The drinks layer matcha foam or cold brew foam over coconut water. Starbucks first tested the coconut beverages in New York City as a part of its ‘Starting Five’ innovation program, in which it tests out new ideas in five coffeehouses and seeks feedback from its baristas and customers before pushing those ideas into additional stores,” the outlet reported.
Meanwhile at Taco Bell, for the first time in two decades, Taco Bell is expanding the Mountain Dew Baja Blast line with a new permanent flavor: Mountain Dew Baja Midnight.
“An unexpected purple twist on the iconic tropical lime flavor fans know and love, Taco Bell’s exclusive, first-ever Mountain Dew Baja Blast flavor drops nationwide on August 14. As a permanent menu addition, Mountain Dew Baja Midnight is set to unleash the next wave of Mountain Dew Baja Blast fandom, driven by the same passion that has defined the phenomenon since 2004,” the QSR said in a press release.
