ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The six-day NACS Leadership for Success program is built for rising leaders who want to improve their work performance by discovering personal strengths they can use to grow their career. Exploring self-perception and understanding personal effectiveness is the secret formula to improving leadership and operational performance. Made possible by an endowment from The Hershey Company, NACS Leadership for Success is set for May 15-May 20, 2022, in Glen Allen (Richmond), Virginia.

This uniquely built program helps to reduce store turnover, promote team members and increase employee engagement—all by giving participants the tools they need to build long-term success.

There are four key objectives that will give participants immediate results that they can begin to implement:

  • Exploring individual/self-awareness and how it impacts your company’s success
  • Examining intrapersonal relationships to enhance business results
  • Increasing team-building skills as a leader
  • Identifying organizational results and effectiveness to achieve results

Those who participate in the program will have the opportunity to apply what they learned immediately and showcase their work through a brief presentation to their peers at the 2022 NACS Show in Las Vegas in October.

Registration for the NACS Leadership for Success program is now open, and space is limited to 24 participants.
