Idaho-based Stinker Stores launched its newly enhanced loyalty program, “delivering a faster, smarter and more personalized experience for customers across its network of convenience stores and fuel locations,” Stinker Stores said.

The retailer said the upgraded program introduces password-free login, targeted click-to-activate offers, seamless enrollment from the pump or point of sale and redesigned digital and messaging interfaces built to improve engagement.

“With the new platform, Stinker Stores customers can access their loyalty account and online ordering with a streamlined login experience while benefiting from a more tailored rewards journey through targeted offers. The program also removes friction at the point of entry, allowing customers to join instantly while fueling or checking out in-store,” the retailer said.

The retailer’s new loyalty experience was developed through a collaboration with Convenience and Energy Advisors, alongside technology partners PAR Retail and Rovertown.

“Stinker Stores is always looking for ways to better serve our customers and bring more value to every visit,” said Randy Strain, director of marketing and brand at Stinker Stores. “This new loyalty platform gives our guests a better experience from day one—easier sign-up, a better digital experience and more relevant offers that feel personalized and rewarding.”

The Stinker Stores loyalty program is available now, with customers able to enroll and begin earning rewards immediately.

Stinker Stores, with over 100 locations across Idaho, Colorado and Wyoming, was featured in the 2025 NACS Ideas 2 Go video series.

Stinker Stores leans heavily into the branding of its skunk mascot, Polecat Pete. “Our mascot has got to be the coolest mascot I know. … Our founder started with the idea that he had a little bit of fight in him. People called him a big stinker, and we’ve kept that alive since then,” said Steve Cook, marketing manager at Stinker Stores.

Ideas 2 Go captures ideas from some of the most innovative and food-forward convenience stores in the industry and debuts during a NACS Show General Session. Watch the full video of Stinker Stores here and check out the other 2025 Ideas 2 Go videos here.
