Pennsylvania-based Onvo launched its second annual register donation fundraiser to support the NATSO Foundation, the research, education and public outreach subsidiary of NATSO (National Association of Truck Stop Owners) Inc.
The campaign will run throughout February at all Onvo locations, supporting the Foundation’s work across the travel plaza and truck stop industry, including education and training research, scholarships and business resources, safety initiatives for roadside service technicians and anti-human trafficking efforts.
“Onvo serves thousands of travelers every day, and we work tirelessly to make every visit quick, kind and convenient,” said Harman Aulakh, vice president of marketing at Onvo. “This campaign gives our guests a simple, meaningful way to join us in supporting the NATSO Foundation and the important work it does for our industry and the communities we serve. Whether it’s rounding up a purchase or making a small donation at checkout, those moments of kindness add up, and our teams take pride in coming together to make a real impact.”
During the fundraiser, customers can participate at checkout by either donating $1 or rounding up their purchase to the nearest dollar. Each store will also offer a limited number of NATSO Foundation keychains, available for a minimum donation of $5.
To further engage teams across the organization, Onvo will once again run the campaign as a friendly competition among its travel plazas and districts, sharing regular updates and recognizing standout performance throughout the month. “Last year’s fundraiser saw strong participation across Onvo, with select locations averaging more than $20 per keychain donation—demonstrating both customer support and team commitment to maximizing impact,” the retailer said in a press release.
