Sheetz has transitioned its loyalty operations to Ignite Retail Technology, “marking the next evolution of the Sheetz Rewards experience,” the retailer told NACS. “Ignite’s platform provides Sheetz with a unified loyalty engine, advanced data insights and seamless integration across POS, mobile and digital channels, empowering the brand to execute faster, deliver more relevant offers and deepen engagement across its customer base.”

With this move, Sheetz said it gains a modern, scalable loyalty platform designed to support its long-term commitment to digital innovation and personalized customer engagement. The new system “provides the flexibility and analytics depth needed to continually enhance the Sheetz loyalty experience as customer expectations evolve,” the retailer said.

“Our partnership with Ignite Retail Technology has been incredibly collaborative. The Ignite team has provided outstanding support throughout our transition, and we truly value how closely our teams work together. Their commitment to partnership and innovation aligns perfectly with Sheetz’s focus on delivering the best experience possible for our customers,” said Shianna Peace, senior manager of loyalty programs at Sheetz.
