NACS Convenience Summit Europe
As a result of our ongoing dialogue with government, public health officials, and venue management, we regret to announce the postponement of NACS Convenience Summit Europe, 2-4 June 2020, Berlin, Germany due to new and impending circumstances imposed by the global spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). It is simply not possible to deliver the value we all expect at the Summit in a responsible way under the current public health circumstances. The health and safety of our attendees, sponsors, partners and staff is always our first priority and for that reason, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you or your organisation with the postponement and look forward to welcoming you in 2021 to explore the future of convenience in Europe.
All registrants will have the opportunity to either be fully refunded the registration fee for the summit or to apply it towards the 2021 event. If you have questions, please reach out to Allison Dean, Meetings & Events Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org or +1 703.518.4250.
Registered attendees will have any hotel deposits returned to their accounts. In addition, our team is working with vendors and hotel partners to finalize details for next year’s event.
Due to the global health emergency tied to COVID-19, many airline carriers are refunding airfares for passengers traveling to the impacted regions. Attendees are asked to first contact their specific airline carrier(s) to see what compensation is available, in accordance with their policies.
NACS will provide additional updates on the event postponement on this webpage. Additionally, we are regularly updating our COVID-19 Resources page, in consultation with health officials and venue partners as new guidance becomes available.
