Toryalai Helali Joins NACS Full Stack Developer

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Toryalai Helali has joined NACS as a full stack developer.

In this role, Toryalai will develop and support all aspects of NACS’ websites and systems, from the server and database level to front-end layout and design.

He has over a decade of experience as a web developer. Most recently, Toryalai worked at Ernst & Young U.S. LLP and previously worked for the Afghan Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the American University of Afghanistan (AUAF) and the AUAF Women’s Center websites.

Toryalai earned a B.S. in computer engineering and lnformatics from Kabul Polytechnic.
