Grubhub is running its member appreciation month, Gold Days of Grubhub+, from May 13-June 9, and one of the delivery service’s weekly deals will focus on convenience stores.
From May 20-26, which includes Memorial Day Weekend and National Road Trip Day (May 26), Grubhub is offering savings from go-to restaurants and convenience stores for the “Road Trip Fuel” themed deals week. Grubhub’s deals that week include:
- 7-Eleven: $7 off delivery orders $25+

- KFC: 25% off orders $30+ (up to $9 off)
- Dunkin’: 25% off orders $20+ (up to $7 off)
- Pizza Hut: $7 off orders $30+

Deals are available to all Grubhub+ members. Other deals during the month focus on orders from QSRs.
Last fall, Grubhub launched on-demand delivery, a service that gives self-delivery restaurants on the Grubhub Marketplace the option to request a Grubhub delivery driver to facilitate the last-mile logistics on a per-order basis whenever needed.
Grocery delivery company Instacart also partnered with UberEats this week, allowing customers to use Instacart’s app to order from Uber Eats restaurant partners, reported Reuters. A new tab will let customers choose from a selection of nearby restaurants, browse menus, place orders and track deliveries in real time. Orders placed on its platform from restaurants would be delivered by Uber Eats and their workers, Instacart added.
Delivery has been a significant growth area for some retailers. Wesco recently surpassed the $3 million delivery milestone with a total of $3.1 million in annualized delivery sales and 43% growth in delivery in 2023.
“We believe delivery is an important piece of this industry’s future, and we want to lead the way,” said Nancy Westgate-Sytsema, president of Wesco. “It’s all about serving customers on their terms, in the most convenient way possible. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved and look forward to continued growth in this important area of our business.”
