7-Eleven Inc. is rolling out chicken offerings at its restaurants Raise the Roost, Laredo Taco Company and Speedy Café.

“This spring is all about delivering more flavor, more variety and more value at 7-Eleven Inc. restaurants,” said William Armstrong, senior vice president of restaurant operations at 7-Eleven. “From spicy twists on our comfort foods to hearty meal deals, our chicken dishes bring something delicious to the table for everyone.”

For a limited time, fans can take advantage of offers across the company’s restaurants, including:

  • Raise the Roost: The brand is offering new spicy versions of its most popular menu items. Customers can get a buy one, get one free deal on the new spicy chicken biscuit, or purchase the Big Tender Box, featuring two hand-breaded chicken tenders available in the classic or spicy variety and served alongside two small sides, a biscuit, dipping sauce and a Big Gulp drink, starting at $5.99 at participating stores. Customers can also try the new spicy chicken sandwich, now available with the same double-breaded tenders, signature sauce and pickles.
  • Laredo Taco Company: Customers can get two Chicken Fajita Tacos with grilled chicken breast, bell peppers, onions and tomatoes and a large Big Gulp drink for $5.99.
  • Speedy Café: Rewards members who buy eight-piece boneless wings will get another eight free at Speedy Café. Customers can get crispy boneless wings tossed to order in BBQ, buffalo or roasted garlic parmesan sauce.

Meanwhile, Chester’s Chicken introduced undressed chicken bites, now offering its fried Chicken Bites “in their natural state—un-sauced and ready for dipping—through mid-September at participating Chester’s locations nationwide.

“Our Chicken Bites are like nuggets, only better, so we’re excited to finally offer these au naturel, which also gives guests control over their own sauce experience,” said William Culpepper, VP of marketing, Chester’s Chicken.

Chicken Bites were added to Chester’s menu in 2021, but they have always been promoted as a sauced variety such as Stingin' Honey Garlic, Buffalo, Sweet Chili or Kentucky Bourbon. According to Chester’s Chicken, “the un-sauced, juicy, fried chicken breast chunks are less mess, more portable and allow guests to pick their own dipping sauce flavor, including Chester’s award-winning Ranch, Honey Mustard, BBQ, Buffalo or Chester’s sauce.”

Chicken Bites can be ordered on their own or as a combo featuring eight bites, small wedges and a dipping sauce for $7.99 to $8.99.

Chester’s is also introducing a new Chicken Bites Kid’s Meal for a limited time, featuring four bites, small mac and cheese and dipping sauce for $5.99 to $6.99.

Earlier this year, Chester’s Chicken rolled out a 5 Buk Box. At participating Chester’s locations, guests could choose from three “budget-friendly” LTO meals on the menu, each for $5: leg, thigh and biscuit; leg, wing and biscuit; or five chicken bites and biscuit.

Chicken is trending in QSRs as well—last month, McDonald’s and Taco Bell added new chicken items to their menus. McDonald’s brought back its crispy chicken strips after a five-year hiatus, and Taco Bell introduced chicken nuggets, noting it was “the start of Taco Bell’s journey to become a go-to destination for crispy chicken with a permanent mainstay by 2026.”
