Jeopardy! host and record-setting contestant Ken Jennings will headline the 2025 NACS Show closing general session on Friday, October 17.
In the highly interactive session, including a live convenience retail-related trivia contest with NACS Show attendees, Jennings will take attendees behind the scenes of
Jeopardy!, television’s highest rated game show. Details on eligibility for NACS show attendees to participate in the live trivia portion of Jennings’ presentation will be announced in the coming weeks at
nacsshow.com.
Jennings is a former software engineer who rose to fame in 2004 when he spent six months as a contestant on
Jeopardy! His 75-game streak and $2.52 million in winnings are still
Jeopardy! records. In 2020, he was named the show's “Greatest of All Time” after winning a prime-time tournament against other champions. In 2023, he was named the permanent host of the show.
Jennings is the author of 13 books, including
New York Times bestsellers like
Maphead about geography obsessives;
Because I Said So, which debunks parenting myths; and his most recent book,
100 Places to See After You Die: A Travel Guide to the Afterlife.
The 2025 NACS Show will take place October 14-17 at McCormick Place in Chicago, and will feature a 430,000-square-foot expo in addition to the Cool New Products Preview Room, 50 education sessions and four days of general sessions.
