The NACS Human Resources Forum educates and connects human resource professionals working in the convenience retailing industry. The upcoming forum will take place at an all-new location in Jacksonville, Florida. On March 18-20, convenience industry HR professionals will gather in Florida to ignite bright ideas and exchange insights, preparing them for what’s next in the industry.

Over the course of the event, attendees will be provided with exclusive, high-level content; data-driven insights; and working group discussions. Among the highlights this year are panels on innovative recruiting and keeping employees safe.

With all the information provided at the forum, NACS is also certified with SHRM and HRCI as a recertification provider. Attendees earn at least 10 professional credits from HRCI and SHRM by attending the event, which is about half of the credits needed for the year.

“HR professionals are always looking for great opportunities to earn credits. Over three days, members will be able to earn at least 10 credits and learn about the c-store industry,” said Brandi Mauro, program manager of executive education at NACS. “This is the only conference designed for HR members in the c-store industry, so it’s a win-win.”

“Attending the NACS HR Forum gives attendees the chance to not only earn the credits necessary, but to earn them with their c-store industry peers,” said Jenna Collard, director of education engagement at NACS.
