You can now keep track of all NACS events that you are currently signed up to attend. We’ll still send you email confirmations, but in this area of the user profile, you can view/edit any details you need for the upcoming events.
If payment was provided for your event participation, you also have 24/7 access to the receipt/invoice from the My Invoices tab.
In addition to the company membership, an individual can become more engaged in NACS activities by becoming a Friend of NACS. There are no additional membership dues associated with becoming a Friend of NACS. As a Friend of NACS you will receive exclusive insight into what is happening in Washington, D.C.
We will provide you with quarterly reports about our efforts on behalf of your industry and on developing issues relevant to your business, and we'll let you know about opportunities to attend events where you can personally make your legislators aware of your concerns.
All items listed below will be visible to all contacts listed within the Company roster. Editing permissions are authorized to specified contacts within the company. To review who your primary contact is please find it listed at the top of the My Company tab of your user profile. Additional admin permissions can be granted to individual contacts who need access to process renewals or manage certain aspects of the account. No more shared username and passwords!
Your company profile is where all critical details are held for your company. You can update addresses, demographics, social handles, and even add a company logo and description. Within the Company Demographics section, admin users can update/assign primary contact, dues contact, and other permission level users.
Available on the My Company tab, this section is where you manage who from your company has access to your member benefits. Account admins have the ability to add, edit, and remove individuals at any time. Once added, individuals can then set up their own profiles by simply re-setting their passwords.
Contact MaxYourNACS@convenience.org for an excel export of all company contacts for easy editing!
Renewal notices are sent to the assigned primary and dues contacts in November / December for the upcoming year. Dues payment is due by March 31st to avoid termination.
Anytime after the initial announcement, admin users can renew the company membership by completing the form via the Company Membership tab.
Retailer renewals do require annual sales figures and store counts. So please be prepared with those items before proceeding.
When a purchase is made on the company level – i.e. membership, NACS State Of the Industry data, etc – the admin users will have access to view/save these invoices in addition to any individual level purchases – i.e. event registrations.
The My Invoices tab includes a search function where you can get to the document you need quickly.
All individuals from your company are encouraged to create a complimentary NACS account to take advantage of the many benefits. There is no limit to how many employees can utilize your company membership benefits!
The provided Max Your NACS invite wizard will send emails to the addresses provided with an introduction to the user account and how the recipient can create their own profile.
