2. What is included with my purchase?
Purchasers of the digital data archive subscription license will have access the secure data archive files through their convenience.org log-in. The subscription will be active from July 1 of the current year until June 30 of the next year. Subscribers will have the ability download the current year’s archive files in excel format.
3. If I purchase the license to view the NACS State of the Industry Report® Data Archive, can I distribute it to my peers and colleagues?
The subscription is sold as an enterprise license, all employees of the subscribing company can gain access to the data with verified company credentials at convenience.org. Employees that don’t have current credentials can create them by clicking the help button on the convenience.org website.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed in real-time in our shopping cart. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. NACS will of course refund any payments made in error. Please send any inquiries to crapanick@convenience.org.
5. Do I need an account in order to complete a purchase?
The data archive is a member only benefit, all member companies will have an account on convenience.org
6. What if I purchase later in the subscription term?
After the first three months of availability (July, August, September), starting October 1 of the current year, the subscription price will be prorated every three months until the end of the term.
