Enterprise License – The subscription is purchased for your company, all employees included in your NACS account profile will be granted access. Employees without a NACS profile, will need to create one to gain access.
Upon purchase of a digital license, you will receive access to the report through a DRM-secured PDF through your Convenience.org login profile.

NACS retains all copyrights to all content under 17 U.S.C. Section 106, and such content is protected by US and international law. The report and all contents may only be disseminated to those who have purchased the report and their employees who have a need for the information contained in it. Any reproduction, preparation of derivative works, distribution, public performance or display, disclosure, and/or use of all, or any portion, of the materials in any form or medium, including without limitation, posting any material on a website, sharing in a webinar or distributing copies of any material to customers, without specific written authorization from NACS is strictly prohibited.

2. What is included with my purchase?
Purchasers of the digital data archive subscription license will have access the secure data archive files through their convenience.org log-in. The subscription will be active from July 1 of the current year until June 30 of the next year. Subscribers will have the ability download the current year’s archive files in excel format.
3. If I purchase the license to view the NACS State of the Industry Report® Data Archive, can I distribute it to my peers and colleagues?
The subscription is sold as an enterprise license, all employees of the subscribing company can gain access to the data with verified company credentials at convenience.org. Employees that don’t have current credentials can create them by clicking the help button on the convenience.org website.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed in real-time in our shopping cart. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. NACS will of course refund any payments made in error. Please send any inquiries to [email protected].
5. Do I need an account in order to complete a purchase?
The data archive is a member only benefit, all member companies will have an account on convenience.org
6. What if I purchase later in the subscription term?
After the first three months of availability (July, August, September), starting October 1 of the current year, the subscription price will be prorated every three months until the end of the term.
