The NACS Human Resources Forum educates and connects human resources professionals working in the convenience retailing industry. The upcoming forum will be taking attendees to an all-new location in Jacksonville, Florida. This year’s theme is Preparing for What’s Next.
From March 18-20, HR professionals will gather in Florida to meet with other HR leaders within the convenience and retailing industry to ignite bright ideas and exchange insights into the top-of-the-mind issues in the industry.
In addition to building relationships with their peers, attendees will benefit from engaging presentations and case studies. The NACS HR Forum also gives attendees the opportunity to earn an average of 10 professional development credits from HRCI and SHRM.
The event focuses on giving attendees the information they need to adapt and innovate in an ever-changing landscape. It offers custom-made, high-level content, working group discussions, data-driven insights and many opportunities to develop lasting relationships with other professionals.
Among the highlights this year are panels on generative AI and keeping employees safe.
"As an HR leader in our industry, I attend the NACS HR Forum because it is a great place to network and meet new people who are facing and dealing with the same issues I am—plus, all the legal updates keep me out of trouble and in compliance!” said Kurt Weigel, Weigel’s Stores Inc. “Lastly, it is great to hear from peers I have known for a long time, sharing insights near and dear to their hearts and the companies they represent."
