STILLWATER, Okla.—OnCue convenience stores received the Top Workplaces for Compensation and Benefits award by Energage, a research company that surveys over 27 million employees at 70,000 organizations.

The Top Workplaces for Compensation & Benefits award is based solely on employee feedback, and the award celebrates organizations that provide fair benefits packages to employees for the work being done and in comparison to others in the industry. This recognition is in addition to OnCue’s six state-level awards in Oklahoma and three national awards from Top Workplace.

"I am excited for what the future holds for OnCue," said Laura Aufleger, president of OnCue."This award is a reminder of why we continue to put people first, and that will continue to be our foundation."

OnCue focuses on building and maintaining a work environment where employees feel engaged, appreciated and fulfilled. It achieves this through strong foundational practices like industry-leading pay, professional development, robust benefits and an employee-sponsored 401(k).

Meanwhile, Weigel’s announced a new summer program for teachers. For all licensed teachers that work for Weigel’s during June and July, Weigel’s will donate $1.00 per hour to that teacher’s classroom up to a maximum donation of $500. Teachers must work the entire months of June and July to qualify.
