NACS membership applications are accessible here. Log-in will be required. The user completing the application should be a key contact for the company and must be able to provide details on behalf of the company, include total store counts and annual sales figures.
Brand new members will see an option to “Apply for Membership!” Previous members should use the option to renew, reinstate, or rejoin if the button to do so is made available.
All memberships are subject to review/approval by the NACS membership team and are not guaranteed. Please allow 2 – 3 days for processing before member benefits take effect.
NACS Retail Membership offers 5 different categories of membership, and each has a unique pricing structure based on your annual sales or store counts. Please visit Retail Membership page for full details. The most common member type for retailers is the Domestic Retailer which follows the dues’ structure below.
Dues payments are assessed annually and activate member benefits for all employees of the member company.

Member savings to attend the NACS Show are offered retro-actively if the member is in good standing by the first day of the NACS Show (October 3, 2023). If you have already paid non-member rates and then are approved for NACS membership, a payment return for the member savings will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 3 weeks to process. This applies to all registrations for the member company completed prior to membership approval.
Additional registrations made after the membership is approved will be charged the member rate at the time of registration with the $250 savings already applied.

If you have been given a promotional registration code, you are encouraged to include that code when you register as it may offer you different rates. Additionally, NACS does offer group registration discounts which are only available to member companies. By joining NACS, your company could save even more per person on Full Conference registrations when you send 10 or more attendees. Please contact nacsshowreg@convenience.org for more information.
