Sheetz is opening four new stores featuring truck diesel lanes later this month. The four stores, located in Middletown, Virginia; Asheville, North Carolina; Warsaw, North Carolina; and Romulus, Michigan, will offer high flow diesel fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) for commercial trucks, as well as a truck scale and free parking spaces available for overnight parking to truckers.
The Michigan location will be Sheetz’s first store in the state.
According to Sheetz, the new store locations opening in August include:
- Middletown, Virginia: Located at 121 Confidence Lane, this new store will feature nine truck driver lanes and can be easily accessed by truck drivers on exit 302 from Interstate 81.
- Asheville, North Carolina: Located at 5440 Asheville Highway in Hendersonville, this new store will feature four truck driver lanes and can be easily accessed by truck drivers on exit 44 from Interstate 26.
- Warsaw, North Carolina: Located at 2543 W NC 24 Highway, this new store will feature five truck driver lanes and can be easily accessed by truck drivers on exit 364 from Interstate 40.
- Romulus, Michigan: Sheetz’s first store in Michigan, this location at 33380 Wick Road will feature four truck driver lanes and can be easily accessed by truck drivers on exit 197 from Interstate 94.
Each store’s grand opening will include free self-serve coffee and soda all day as well as multiple prizes, including a grand prize giveaway of free Sheetz for a Year in the form of a $2,500 gift card.
Sheetz is also encouraging customers to donate non-perishable food items and is giving away a Sheetz-branded thermal bag, limit one per customer, to those that donate.
Earlier this week, Sheetz was named among Newsweek’s America’s Best Retailers 2024 ranking. The retailer has recently opened new stores in Dayton, Ohio; Lancaster, Ohio; Wilmington, North Carolina; and Bowie, Maryland; among other locations.
