Weigel’s is rolling out its seasonal Weigel’s City Limits promotion in March and April, featuring music-themed deals, concert sweepstakes and its $6 W Menu, according to a press release.
“Inspired by the music and communities that define East Tennessee, Weigel’s City Limits blends affordable food, local pride and music-themed promotions throughout the two-month campaign,” the retailer said.
At the center of the promotion is the $6 W Menu, featuring 15 meal combinations of Weigel’s fresh food items and popular beverage brands. The City Limits $6 W Menu features options including breakfast pizza combinations, classic pizza and beverage bundles, as well as fresh meal options such as Knox Hot chicken meals, wraps, croissants and breakfast stuffed biscuits.
The $6 W Menu can also be ordered digitally through Weigel’s partnership with Vroom, with many of the meal combinations available in the Weigel’s App and online ordering platform.
Keeping on the music theme, Weigel’s is running a concert sweepstakes: Guests who purchase Celsius with MyWeigel’s Rewards can enter for a chance to win a trip to CMA Fest, while purchases of Weigel’s LTO Cereal Milk will enter guests into a Weigel’s-sponsored sweepstakes where the winner receives tickets to a Knoxville concert of their choosing.
“This time of year is always fun for our teams because the Weigel’s City Limits theme brings energy into our stores,” said Nick Triantafellou, director of marketing and merchandising for Weigel’s. “The $6 W Menu is about making sure our guests can count on a great meal at a great price while we celebrate the music and communities that make East Tennessee special.”
In January of this year, Weigel’s launched its redesigned app. The retailer said the new MyWeigel’s Rewards App delivers “a faster, more intuitive experience built around how guests actually shop, earn and save. The updated app reflects Weigel’s continued investment in loyalty, digital convenience and creating meaningful value at every visit.” The app was built in partnership with Rovertown.
