Pilot has introduced its new proprietary food brand, Pilot eats, to its travel centers across North America, according to a press release.
The company is introducing two distinct concepts, Pilot eats and Pilot eats Express, to keep consistency across locations for how its food looks, feels and travels, the company said.
Pilot eats will expand availability of the company’s full hot deli menu to approximately 400 travel centers, offering items such as a southern chicken sandwich, hand-roped pizza and freshly prepared deli entrees such as meatloaf and roasted chicken.
Pilot eats Express will focus on grab-and-go foods like pizza, chicken wings and tenders and snackable sides at approximately 200 locations.
“The rollout began this month with the first store transformations in Chicopee, Massachusetts, and Ponce de Leon, Florida. The brands will continue to come to life as a phased roll-out with new packaging and updated signage starting in Spring 2026. Both concepts will be fully integrated into Pilot’s digital ecosystem, including the latest version of the Pilot app, allowing guests to browse menus, place mobile orders and access exclusive rewards to enjoy wherever the road takes them,” Pilot said.
Pilot is also rolling out two meal deal options. The breakfast meal deal includes any breakfast sandwich and any size hot Pilot coffee for $6, and the lunch and dinner meal deal features two slices of Pilot pizza and a 20-ounce bottle of Pepsi for $8.
Pilot also said its nearly 350 owned and operated QSR franchise locations are now open 24/7.
