Arko’s newest Handy Mart store, featuring its new fas craves food concept, opened this week in Garner, North Carolina. Arko said the new location marks the company’s second new-to-industry store with fas craves and its fifth fas craves site overall.

“The store features a contemporary layout designed with customers in mind, including digital menu boards, an inviting interior and an intuitive shopping flow that makes it easy to grab a meal, snack or beverage on the go,” Arko said.

“Our enhanced fas craves stores reflect how we’re reimagining convenience for the communities we serve,” said Arie Kotler, president and CEO of Arko Corp. “Each new location allows us to bring customers a fresh, delicious food experience rooted in quality, speed and value. We’re proud to continue expanding this concept and introducing more guests to what fas craves has to offer.”

Across the country, 7-Eleven Inc. opened a new store at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, located in the pre-security area. A grand opening event was held on January 23, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, music, giveaways, exclusive swag and an appearance by the SeaTac airport mascot.

“This launch is more than just a store opening; it’s a testament to 7-Eleven’s commitment to providing convenient access to fresh food, snacks, beverages and everyday essentials to travelers,” a 7-Eleven spokesperson said in a statement sent to NACS.

Meanwhile, BP Pulse announced that it is opening seven new charging locations in the month of February across California, Georgia, Illinois and Florida. The new charging stations are located at:
