Food Safety

NACS events and resources can help your food safety and foodservice teams protect public health and your brand.

The growth of foodservice within the convenience industry goes hand-in-hand with food safety. "If you’re serious about foodservice, you’ve got to be serious about delivering safe food," said NACS President and CEO Frank Gleeson at the 2026 NACS Food Safety Forum.

Resources from NACS, industry groups and the federal government can help retailers enhance their safe food handling practices and reduce the risk of foodborne illness.
