Retailers Offer Slam-Dunk Deals for March Madness
7-Eleven is offering meal deals, while Rutter’s is hosting watch parties.

7-Eleven Inc. is gearing up for basketball’s March Madness tournament with deals on chicken wings and tenders this month at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes stores, the retailer said.
Rewards members can access:
- BOGO bone-in or boneless wings for $3: Customers can get one order of bone-in wings or boneless wings, and get an additional serving for $3.
- Dunkable $35.99 meal deal: “Raise the Roost locations…[will offer] 8-piece breaded tenders, 16-piece meaty wings and a 16-piece order of golden potato wedges or crisp-fried onion rings served with four creamy dipping sauces for $35.99.”
- Buy one whole pizza, get one for 50% off: “Customers can buy one whole pizza and score another for half the price via the 7NOW Delivery app.”

"Game days are full of unforgettable moments, and our lineup of pizzas, wings, tenders and sides is the perfect pairing to watch every matchup."
Meanwhile, over at Pennsylvania-based Rutter’s, the retailer will host a viewing party for the championship games on April 6 at all of its 1747 Bar & Lounge locations (Johnstown, Milton and Ruffs Dale, Pennsylvania; Berkeley Springs, West Virginia; and Winchester, Virginia), the retailer said in a press release sent to NACS.
Select Rutter’s locations will feature a Red Bull-infused mocktail, offering an alcohol-free way to celebrate the big game. Locations in Ruffs Dale and Berkeley Springs will also offer added drink specials at the bar, including vodka Red Bulls.
Rutter’s also said guests attending the viewing party can scan an on-site QR code to enter a special championship giveaway. Winners will receive a 65” TV or a $300 Rutter’s gift card.
