Dutch Bros Autumn Menu Focuses on Pumpkin and Cookie Butter
Plus, Caribou Coffee rolled out its fall menu; 7 Brew launched its first app.

Dutch Bros recently rolled out its autumn drink menu across its 1,225 stores nationwide. This year’s menu features “the highly anticipated return of the Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée and Cookie Butter, as well as the debut of the new Autumn Berry,” the QSR said.
- The Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée is a “beloved fall-time fave featuring pumpkin and salted caramel, covered in a layer of Soft Top, pumpkin drizzle and raw sugar sprinks. Enjoy it as a breve, latte, chai or Freeze.”
- Cookie Butter is “back and better than ever with creamy cookie butter flavor, a cookie butter swirl around the cup, complete with Soft Top and another layer of cookie butter drizzle.”
- The new Autumn Berry is a “vibrantly crisp drink that combines juicy pomegranate, orange and peach flavors with a mixed berry fruit topping.”
Over at Caribou Coffee, the brand’s fall menu lineup features returning pumpkin and Honeycrisp apple.
“The fall menu features the iconic flavors of pumpkin and Honeycrisp apple across a variety of go-to classics that have become part of many guests' seasonal traditions,” Caribou said. These flavors extend to new menu items, “including Honeycrisp Cold Foam, perfect on an Iced Caramel Latte but can be added to any beverage for a touch of orchard-inspired sweetness, as well as a coffee-less Frozen Caramel Apple beverage that is a cool and creamy twist on a nostalgic fall treat,” Caribou said.
At 7 Brew, the chain recently launched its first app. “Key features allow guests to order in advance, easily explore, discover and customize drinks, track reward points, and save and share favorites, while maintaining the speed, handcrafted quality and Brew Crew energy that fans love about 7 Brew,” the brand said.
Tim Horton’s U.S. locations are celebrating the 25th anniversary of Harry Potter with an LTO menu including:
- Hogwarts house donuts: Guests can choose the Gryffindor Strawberry Cheesecake Donut, the Slytherin Chocolate Pistachio Donut, the Ravenclaw Blueberry Donut or the Hufflepuff Lemon Meringue Donut—or ask for a mystery box and see which house awaits.
- Color-changing cups that reveal patronuses: Order a Patronus Sparkling beverage or a Forbidden Forest Iced Tea and it will be served in a limited-edition, temperature-activated cup that reveals a trail of patronuses when it's filled.
- Harry Potter x Tim Hortons: While supplies last, guests at participating restaurants will be served select items in limited-edition Harry Potter x Tim Hortons single-donut mystery boxes, multi-pack donut boxes, 10-pack and 20-pack Timbits boxes and cold beverage cups.
