With the autumn season just around the corner, Starbucks is gearing up for pumpkin spice season: the QSR will roll out its fall menu on August 25.

“The seasonal lineup also includes new pumpkin spice beverages, returning pecan-flavored favorites, banana bread-inspired drinks and the new Chaider, a cozy, cider-inspired take on chai. The fall menu will also feature new food and limited-time merchandise collections,” Starbucks said.

Starbucks will also be bringing back an expanded lineup of new pumpkin spice drinks, including the new Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Chai and Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha, alongside returning favorites such as the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino.

The QSR is focused on other flavors as well:

  • Pecan: “A signature combination of nutty flavors, rich brown-buttery notes and baking spices. Customers will be able to enjoy the Pecan Cortado, Iced Pecan Crunch Latte and Pecan Crunch Latte starting August 25.”
  • Banana: “Starbucks is expanding its banana-inspired lineup with two new beverages inspired by freshly baked banana bread. The new Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai combine banana, cinnamon and brown sugar flavors to create dessert-like notes reminiscent of warm baked treats and will be available beyond the fall season.”
  • Chai: “The new Chaider is a cozy twist on chai for fall. This comforting beverage delivers cider-inspired flavors including cinnamon and sweet spice.”

Meanwhile at Stewart’s Shops, the retailer is also gearing up for fall. Stewart’s has brought back its limited Apple Crisp ice cream (apple strudel ice cream, an apple cinnamon swirl and an oatmeal cinnamon crumble) and Philly’s Apple Pie ice cream (Philly Vanilla ice cream with apple and shortbread pieces blended with a cinnamon crème swirl).

The retailer is also offering a multitude of pumpkin items: pumpkin loaf, pumpkin spice coffee, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin donuts and pumpkin spice cold brew.

In 2025, the annual return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) at Starbucks drove a significant surge in foot traffic for Starbucks according to Placer.ai. Visits to Starbucks surged in all 48 continental U.S. states on the day of Starbucks' fall menu launch.

The research found that the Mountain region has the highest PSL traffic—Utah led with a traffic surge of over 40% above its daily average, with neighboring states like Colorado, Idaho and Nevada also showing exceptional foot traffic gains.
