Love’s Travel Stops is expanding its footprint in Alabama with the opening of a new travel stop in Quinton, located at 220 Elza’s Way (Interstate 122, Exit 70).

Love’s said the new travel stop has 123 truck parking spaces and provides free parking for customers, helping address the national parking shortage while improving route continuity for drivers traveling between the Southeast and Mid-South. So far in 2026, Love’s has added 464 truck parking spaces across the country.

The new store includes fresh food items such as sandwiches, salads, wraps and fresh-cut fruit prepared on-site daily, along with an Arby’s. The store is 14,307 square feet.

In honor of the grand opening, Love’s will donate $5,000 split between Backyard Blessings and Mission of Hope in Dora, along with an additional $5,000 to Children’s of Alabama.

Love’s also recently opened two Western store locations, one in Laurel, Montana, and another in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The locations have 216 truck parking spaces, four RV hookups, fresh food options and clean restrooms. The Albuquerque location sits at one of the Southwest’s most important transportation crossroads, connecting freight routes between the West Coast, Midwest and southern United States.

In Maryland, Royal Farms announced the grand opening of its newest location in Silver Spring on May 4, 2026. The store will feature eight fuel dispensers, made-to-order food and will be open 24/7.

Meanwhile, Maverik recently opened a new store in Arkansas.

We’re grateful to everyone who helped bring this location to life,” the retailer posted on LinkedIn.
