ORLANDO, Fla. – McDonald’s has begun testing catering for its breakfast menu at 195 restaurants in Orlando, Florida, Nation’s Restaurant News reports. The bundled meals come in several pre-selected trays of pancakes, parfaits and Egg McMuffins. Diners are also allowed to create their own breakfast bundles.

The service, only available during morning hours, is for groups of six, 12, 18 and larger, with either pickup or delivery via UberEats. Sample breakfast bundles include three Egg McMuffins; three Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles; three hash browns; and three Fruit ‘N Yogurt Parfaits or the Early Fiesta party tray for 12 with a dozen sausage burritos, six parfaits, six Fruit & Maple Oatmeals, and six Baked Apple Pies. Beverages such as McCafe coffee and orange juice can be added to catering orders.

Customers can call ahead on a dedicated phone line at least an hour before pickup. A McDonald’s spokeswoman emphasized that the restaurant chain was testing the catering program as a pilot in Orlando with no plans to expand beyond the current 195 locations.

McDonald’s isn’t the only chain experimenting with catering. In March, Dunkin’ Donuts started offering catering at 16 units in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Vermont. Dunkin’ Donuts bundles for groups of 10 or 20 come with plates, silverware and branded tablecloths.
