Mirabito announced its March 2026 Round Up at the Register campaign, a month-long community giving initiative dedicated to improving access to pediatric healthcare for children and families across Mirabito’s service areas in New York.
From March 2 through March 31, customers at all 112 Mirabito Convenience Store locations can round up their in-store purchases to the nearest dollar. Proceeds from the campaign will benefit the Upstate Foundation, supporting specialty and emergency care at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital, the region’s only Level 1 trauma center and burn center, and Friends of Bassett, which brings pediatric preventive and dental care directly into rural schools through school-based health programs.
“At Mirabito, our commitment to community goes beyond the services we provide—it’s about investing in the health and future of the families who rely on us,” said Marissa Sweeney, senior marketing director, Mirabito. “By supporting pediatric healthcare through this round up campaign, we’re helping ensure children receive the care they need early, close to home and when it matters most.”
Proceeds benefiting the Upstate Foundation and Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital will provide critical assistance to families with a sick or injured child, easing financial and emotional burdens so parents can focus on their child’s healing and recovery, the company said.
Funds directed to Friends of Bassett will support Bassett Healthcare Network’s School-Based Health Program, which brings preventive pediatric medical, dental and mental health services directly into schools, removing barriers to care for children who may otherwise lack access.
“We are deeply grateful to Mirabito for choosing to support Bassett’s School-Based Health Program through Mirabito Cares,” said Jane Hamilton, RN, practice manager of Bassett Healthcare Network’s School-Based Health Program. “The success of our program would not be possible without the generosity and shared commitment of community partners like Mirabito. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of children and families across our communities.”
During Mirabito’s inaugural Gallons for Good program, it raised $7,000 for the Upstate Foundation in New York through Mirabito customer rewards donations, along with a direct contribution from Mirabito.
“Through the Mirabito MyAccount Portal and Mobile App—where customers manage their accounts, pay bills and view rewards—customers could choose to donate earned Mirabito Rewards either as a one-time gift or on a recurring basis. Those reward points were then converted into dollars and donated to the Upstate Foundation, in support of Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital,” the retailer said.
