Mars Will Let Fans Vote on New M&M’S Bakery Flavors

Plus, Twizzlers Straws launched a vanilla, lime and coconut flavor to be used with dirty soda.

Mars’ M&M'S announced the return of its Flavor Vote competition after a seven-year hiatus, according to a press release. The competition highlights the company’s new M&M'S Bakery Collection—featuring three limited-edition, bakery-inspired flavors, Mars said. The winner of the competition will join the M&M’s lineup for a limited time in the fall.

This year's contenders include three twists on classic bakery items:

  • M&M'S Peanut Butter Cinnamon Roll: “Warm cinnamon roll notes paired with creamy peanut butter.”
  • M&M'S Cherry Chocolate Cupcake: “Rich chocolate cake flavors with a hint of tart cherry.”
  • M&M'S Lemon Meringue Pie: “Bright citrus flavor combined with smooth white chocolate and a crispy center.”

All three M&M'S Bakery Collection flavors are available nationwide in single, share size and sharing stand-up pouch sizes. After tasting, fans can visit the M&M’s website now through May 15 to cast their vote. A favorite flavor will be announced in late May before joining the lineup for a limited time this fall.

Over at The Hershey Company, the Twizzlers brand is introducing a new flavor of Twizzlers Straws, “inspired by the dirty soda trend. Featuring a blend of vanilla, lime and coconut notes, the straws are designed to be enjoyed as both an edible straw and a sweet treat, building on a behavior fans have embraced for years,” Hershey said.

The vanilla, lime and coconut Twizzlers Straws will be available in limited quantities beginning March 12, while supplies last. The straws can be bought on the Hershey website, or on Gopuff in select major cities including Boston, New York and Philadelphia.

Ferrara is continuing its multi-year partnership with the U.S. Soccer Federation and kicking off the season with limited-edition product offerings across three of its brands, including a new SweeTarts Ropes flavor, the return of Berry Punch Nerds Gummy Clusters and a soccer-themed Trolli Sour Brite Squad pack.

Ferrara said the exclusive lineup aims to “spark excitement, encourage celebrations and create shared moments for fans nationwide leading up to the 2026 FIFA Men's World Cup and the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.”

The product launches include:

  • SweeTARTS Ropes GOOAAL-DEN Pineapple Punch: “A tangy fruit punch filling wrapped in soft, bendable ropes delivers the perfect sweet-meets-fruity bite for in-the-moment snacking.”
  • Nerds Gummy Clusters Candy Berry Punch Breakaway: “Berry Punch Breakaway pairs the iconic Nerds Gummy Clusters signature gummy center and tangy, crunchy shell with red, white and blue packaging.”
  • Trolli Sour Brite Squad: “Known for its uniquely shaped crawlers and neon-brite colors, this mix brings together berry and citrus combinations, including blackberry-lime, strawberry-lemonade, and raspberry-orange. With three fun shapes in every bag.”

All packs include U.S. Soccer graphics, soccer-inspired details and collectible packaging. Beginning Friday, April 3, fans can also enter for a chance to win weekly U.S. National Soccer team prizes, including U.S. Soccer gear, limited-edition swag and matchday tickets.
