Minuteman Food Mart, operated by Campbell Oil Company, has partnered with Lula Commerce to elevate its digital operations across its retail network, the retailer told NACS.
“This collaboration builds on Minuteman’s long-standing commitment to speed, service and community while meeting growing customer demand for modern, reliable digital experiences. Minuteman was an early adopter of digital ordering technology and recently turned to Lula to streamline online ordering, delivery and day-to-day operations with enterprise-level tools and support designed specifically for the convenience retail industry,” Minuteman Food Mart said.
Through the partnership, Lula Commerce will support Minuteman with a complete digital infrastructure designed to scale across the chain. Lula’s integration with ADD Systems will connect Minuteman’s back-office operations to real-time online ordering data, streamlining item management, pricing and inventory synchronization, according to the company.
In addition, the Lula Hub platform will unify third-party delivery, first-party ordering and store analytics under one system, supported by AI-powered tools that automate tasks like refunds, reviews and uptime monitoring, Lula said.
“Minuteman is a respected regional leader with deep community roots and a clear vision for where convenience retail is headed,” said Adit Gupta, co-founder and CEO of Lula Commerce. “We’re proud to help them scale their digital operations and deliver a best-in-class experience across every channel.”
In August of this year, NACS Daily reported that Minuteman Food Mart opened its 64th location in the Carolinas in Vass, North Carolina.
“We are thrilled to open our doors in Vass and become part of the Moore County community,” said Ed Bitondo, vice president, convenience store operations, said at the time. “This location brings together the best of Minuteman Food Mart, from fresh made chicken to convenient fuel and food offerings, all delivered with our commitment to refreshing, fast and friendly service.”
