7-Eleven Inc. is bringing back its limited-edition April Fools' Month Mystery Donut at participating 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes locations throughout the month of April, according to a press release.

“The Mystery Donut promises to spark curiosity and excitement. Built as a Bismark-style donut, what's inside remains a closely guarded secret. One bite could reveal a sweet treat or an unexpected flavor twist,” the retailer said.

"Every April, we like to add a little mischief to our bakery offerings with the Mystery Donut as an unexpected twist that’s all about surprising our customers in the spirit of April Fool's Day," said Brandon Brown, senior vice president, fresh foods at 7-Eleven Inc. "It may seem like a prank, but it's no joke!"

7-Eleven also recently launched a St. Patrick’s Day donut along with special March deals to celebrate the holiday.
