Pilot is running a new pizza deal now through May 12. Customers can get a free 20 oz Coca-Cola bottle with the purchase of two pizza slices, the retailer said in a press release sent to NACS.
With AAA predicting that 41% of travelers will opt for road trips for their spring break travel, Pilot said its pizza and Coca-Cola deal is “the perfect way to add a little joy to the miles ahead.”
“Pilot’s hot, fresh and hearty pizza is the perfect pick-me-up that will fill drivers up and get them back out on the road in no time,” said Sean Marrero, vice president of food and beverage at Pilot. “This spring, our guests can enjoy an unbeatable pairing of two slices and a free ice-cold Coke, perfect for spring break adventures, tackling the daily grind or anything in between.”
Kent Kwik is also offering customers a spring meal deal: a hot breakfast sandwich and a 12 oz Red Bull for $6.
Last month, NACS Daily reported that Pilot plans to expand its charging network to 500 locations with 2,000 charging stations by 2026, according to Pilot’s parent company Berkshire Hathaway. The retailer currently provides charging stations for electric vehicles at approximately 130 travel centers through an agreement with General Motors.
