Mirabito Convenience Stores has acquired four Stewart’s Shops locations in New York and Vermont, according to a press release.

“With this acquisition, we are excited to extend …[our] commitment to excellence to our new convenience store locations—supporting our home fuel customers on the road and bringing added value to the communities we know and care about,” Mirabito said.

The newly acquired locations are:

  • 222 Lake Street, Rouses Point, New York 12979
  • 443 State Route 3, Plattsburgh, New York 12901
  • 1433 State Route 9, Queensbury, New York 12845
  • 4803 Main Street, Manchester, Vermont 05255

“We are proud to welcome these locations into the Mirabito family,” said David Bonczek, CEO of Mirabito Energy Products. “This acquisition represents an exciting opportunity to extend our long-standing commitment to reliability, safety and community to even more customers. We have been honored to provide residential and commercial fuels along with HVAC services in these regions for many years, and we look forward to strengthening those relationships by delivering reliable convenience and added value both at home and on the road.”

Mirabito said the locations will now be compatible with the Mirabito Rewards program.

In other recent Mirabito news, Mirabito Cares held a round up campaign in June to support Folds of Honor, an organization “that provides life-changing scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen or disabled military service members and first responders.”

“For nearly a century, Mirabito has been committed to supporting the communities we serve—especially those who have served for us. We are proud to stand behind Folds of Honor and the incredible mission they carry out,” said Marissa Sweeney, director of marketing & communications at Mirabito Energy Products. “Supporting first responders and their families is deeply important to us, and this campaign is one small way we can show our appreciation for the sacrifices they make every day.”
