Wawa has opened a new store in Nassau County, Florida. The new location has 32 gas pumps, six electric vehicle charging stations and its signature made-to-order food and drink menu items.

On opening day, the first 100 customers received a free t-shirt, and free hot coffee was available all day. Wawa also promoted its Hoagies for Heros campaign, recognizing local first responders.

In June, Largo, Florida, welcomed its first drive-through only Wawa, the third of its kind in the United States.

Wawa recently broke ground on its first Ohio location. It plans to add over 60 locations in the state over the next eight to 10 years. The first location will be in Cincinnati and is slated to open in 2025.

CEFCO also opened a new location in Florida. The new site is in Navarre and features a new store, over 10 gas pumps and made-to-order food.

Thorntons recently reopened its Louisville, Kentucky, location after updating the store. The location now features a 4,400-square-foot facility with self-checkout kiosks, an onsite kitchen, 16 fueling stations and a carwash.

In May, Thorntons announced a collaboration with Frito-Lay. Thorntons Refreshing Rewards Loyalty Guests have a chance to win exclusive Cheetos branded merchandise, and the retailer is featuring Cheetos branding on Thorntons 44 oz. cups.
