McDonald’s has launched a new limited-time McFlurry: the Kit Kat Banana Split McFlurry. The treat is a summer menu LTO item consisting of vanilla ice cream, strawberry and banana flavoring and pieces of Kit Kat candy.
This latest McFlurry drop comes after McDonald’s released the limited Grandma McFlurry back in May.
Taco Bell has a new Nacho Fry flavor. Starting July 18, the Jalapeno Ranch Nacho Fries will be on the menu.
The fries consist of “crisp fries seasoned with bold Mexican spices, topped with a tangy and creamy Jalapeño Ranch sauce. This delectable sauce, made with buttermilk, sour cream, garlic, red jalapeño, pasilla peppers, parsley and spices, adds a bit of heat to the beloved menu item. The fries are further enhanced with zesty pico de gallo and can be customized with your choice of protein, either seasoned beef or black beans,” described the restaurant.
Zaxby’s has released a new menu item as well—chicken finger tacos. The tacos are available in two different options: Chipotle Ranch with Pico Taco and Avocado Ranch BLT Taco.
"With summertime upon us, we are taking our classic Chicken Fingerz up a notch and announcing it's taco time! Nothing is better than bringing two popular food items everyone loves together in our latest innovation: the Chicken Finger Taco," said Patrick Schwing, Zaxby’s chief marketing and strategy officer.
Subway also added three new subs to its menu. The Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken, Spicy Nacho Chicken and the Cheesy Garlic Steak sandwiches are the latest additions.
In June, Subway introduced Footlong Dippers, which are cheesy pockets designed for dipping in Subway sauces.
