It’s a time of year that some wait eagerly for—the return of their favorite seasonal shake drink.

The Shamrock Shake, a mint-flavored, green-tinted shake, annually returns to McDonald's menu. This year it made an early return on February 5 at participating restaurants nationwide for a limited time, while supplies last. That's more than two weeks ahead of the Shamrock Shake's return last year, which came on Feb. 20, reported USA Today.

Also on the menu for a limited time: the Oreo Shamrock McFlurry, a mint-flavored, green tinted dessert that comes with crushed up Oreos.

Arby’s brought back its mint chocolate shake for a limited time, while supplies last. The seasonal dessert is a mint chocolate flavored shake with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, sprinkled with Andes mint pieces.

Jack in the Box offers an Oreo cookie mint shake. The shake is made with Oreo cookie pieces and finished with whipped topping and a cherry.

Dairy Queen brought back its mint brownie Blizzard as its March Blizzard of the month, and its Under the Rainbow shake returns to the menu for a limited time.

The Under the Rainbow shake has a mixture of fruity flavors and rainbow sprinkles, blended with vanilla soft serve and garnished with whipped topping and more rainbow sprinkles. The shake returns to the menu for the second year in a row.

The mint brownie Blizzard treat is also a mint green color, but combines chocolate brownie pieces, choco chunks and mint with vanilla soft serve. Both treats will be on the menu through St. Patrick’s Day.

Wendy’s announced the return of its vanilla Frosty on January 8. It had been off the menu for eight months, reported Today.
