Onvo, the Scranton, Pennsylvania-based travel plaza chain, announced the introduction of its new hot food program called Food on the Fly. The program makes its debut at Onvo’s location in Dorrance, Pennsylvania. In celebration of the launch, Onvo will give away 100 of its Craveritos at the Dorrance location on National Burrito Day, April 4.
The Onvo Food on the Fly program includes hot grab-and-go foods and is designed to serve on-the-go travelers and truck drivers. The menu is based around Onvo’s Craveritos, hearty bowls and snackable sides, and will have offerings for breakfast as well as for lunch and dinner.

According to the press release, the hot grab-and-go menu is currently available in the Dorrance location and will be rolled out to all Onvo locations soon. All future, new-to-industry Onvo locations will include the Food on the Fly program with a made-to-order area where guests can order or customize orders from an expanded menu.
