TravelCenters of America expanded its network of travel centers with new locations in Fairview, Kansas, and Glenrio, New Mexico. The Kansas location is a TA Express and is a franchised site, formerly known as Bert’s Express. In New Mexico, TA acquired Russell’s Travel Center and has transitioned to the TA brand.

At the new Kansas TA Express, there are three diesel fueling positions with DEF on all lanes, 12 gasoline fueling lanes, 40 truck parking spaces, 20 car parking spaces and RV parking available. Additionally, there are three private showers, laundry facilities and a truck wash.

In New Mexico, there are 10 diesel fueling positions, eight gasoline fueling lanes, 175 truck parking spaces, 80 car parking spaces and RV parking available. There are also eight private showers, laundry facilities and a pet area. This location also has Russell’s Route 66 Diner and a classic car and memorabilia museum.

Royal Farms also announced two new locations opening soon in Virginia and North Carolina. This week, Bristol, Virginia, opens the doors to a new Royal Farms and its “World Famous Chicken & Kitchen.” The location will be open 24 hours a day and feature a gas station with 12 fuel pumps including an ethanol free pump and a carwash. According to a company press release, there will be additional Royal Farms locations opening in Virginia in Suffolk, Abingdon and Norfolk in the future.

On October 23, a new Royal Farms will open in Kinston, North Carolina. The location will be open 24 hours a day and feature a gas station with 16 fuel pumps, including an ethanol free pump.

Farm Stores, a drive-thru convenience retailer, announced the opening of its newest location in Dallas, Georgia. The store will offer a bakery, grocery and café available through the drive-thru. As part of its grand opening celebrations, the c-store will host a Taylor Swift ticket giveaway, where customers can enter to win tickets to her Eras Tour concert in New Orleans.
